Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends to build a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision
- Develop and implement foresight methodologies including scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize innovation initiatives aligned with future market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term strategic objectives
- Produce high-impact deliverables including trend reports, strategic roadmaps, and innovation frameworks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry pioneers
- Mentor internal teams on future-focused thinking and adaptive innovation strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic visions
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic vision documents
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
