Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Conduct trend analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging tech markets
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and mentor a global futurist network of 20+ specialists
- Publish industry-shaping whitepapers on 2026 technology convergence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or top-tier consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, biotech, or clean energy)
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFP, SFI)
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends and disruption forecasting
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership on 2020+ technological shifts
- US security clearance (or ability to obtain)
