Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap for AI, biotech, and sustainability initiatives
- Lead scenario planning for technological convergence and market shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with 18-36 month horizons
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist team
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic impact and innovation velocity
- Curate thought leadership content and speaking engagements
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media
