Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformation initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and their business applications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Scenario Planning preferred
