- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor emerging tech disruptions and recommend pivots to maintain competitive advantage
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching next-gen tech products (AI/quantum/blockchain preferred)
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing cross-functional R&D teams with 15+ members
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and investor audiences
