- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation lab with 15+ specialists
- Secure strategic partnerships with startups and academic institutions
- Present quarterly tech disruption briefings to the board of directors
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in strategic innovation roles
- Proven track record launching 3+ breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Experience managing $10M+ budgets and cross-continental teams
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (patents, journals)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio of implemented solutions generating $50M+ in revenue
