- Drive R&D investments in exponential technologies with 5-10 year impact
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends with 80%+ accuracy
- Expertise in at least three exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Strong background in product development from concept to market
- Exceptional analytical skills with systems thinking capabilities
- Experience building high-performing cross-disciplinary teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
