Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for long-term product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Advise executive team on technology investments and pivots
- Build and maintain global network of innovation partners
- Monitor geopolitical/socioeconomic factors affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in futures research methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and convergence trends
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent preferred
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D initiatives
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Portfolio of published foresight work required
