Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for future-facing technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and cultivate a future-focused culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data literacy with proficiency in analytical tools (Tableau, Python, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field
