Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological trends, market shifts, and societal impacts relevant to 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
- Guide R&D teams in prototyping 2026-focused solutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategies
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong public speaking and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
