Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives identifying technological opportunities through 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligning with emerging market trends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Present future technology scenarios to C-suite executives and external stakeholders

- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech paradigms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
