Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology vision aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Architect scalable innovation frameworks for next-gen digital ecosystems
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive leadership and investors
- Manage portfolio of pilot projects with 10+ cross-functional teams
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions
- Drive organizational adoption of emerging technologies through change management
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist/innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing breakthrough technologies ($50M+ impact)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Fluency in at least two programming languages and system architecture
