- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through grant writing and investor pitches
- Present foresight findings to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 5+ year forecasting accuracy
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI development, or bio-digital interfaces
- Track record of launching $50M+ tech ventures
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis tools
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks
