Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives and industry partners
- Author thought leadership reports on future technology paradigms
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and government bodies
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or futurism roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of influencing multi-billion dollar tech decisions
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
