Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology vision for 2026-2030, aligning with corporate objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing) and assess market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to investors and executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
- Mentor a team of technology strategists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
