Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized networks
- Identify emerging tech trends through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Prototype next-gen user experiences using AR/VR and haptic feedback systems
- Build external innovation networks with leading universities and startups
- Drive ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of shipping futuristic products (3+ major launches)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Deep understanding of Moore's Law evolution and technological inflection points
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
