You'll conduct horizon scanning, produce trend analyses, and lead high-impact initiatives that position our company at the forefront of technological evolution.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies relevant to 2026 market landscape
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation timelines
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Produce quarterly trend reports on Web3.0, metaverse infrastructure, and climate tech
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate next-gen startups and acquisition targets
- Design immersive future-state workshops for executive stakeholders
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals or whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact modeling
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
