- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation think tank
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Experience with global tech ecosystems and startup incubation
