As a key member of our Advanced Research Division, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, AI pioneers, and quantum computing experts to prototype revolutionary systems. Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps for industries ranging from healthcare to aerospace, ensuring our organization remains 5 steps ahead of technological disruption.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze paradigm-shifting technologies through horizon scanning and trend forecasting
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption across enterprise divisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging tech paradigms
- Prototype experimental systems using next-gen frameworks (quantum, neuromorphic, biohybrid)
- Advise C-suite on technology ethics and responsible innovation frameworks
- Manage innovation incubator programs for emerging tech startups
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology R&D with proven track record of predicting market shifts
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technological forecasting
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialized futuristic innovations
- Fluency in programming languages relevant to future tech (Python, Rust, Q#)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
