Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages (Java, Python, or C#).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, write clean and efficient code, and provide mentorship to junior developers to foster team growth.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in both development and production environments.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to ensure seamless user interactions.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a direct hire capacity.
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
