Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscapes (quantum, AI, biotech, space tech)
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Chair cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen solutions
- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Author annual 'State of 2026' technology reports for industry stakeholders
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Innovation Fellowship program
- Represent InnovateX at global tech foresight forums and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of mapping 5-10 year technology horizons
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership on technology's societal impact
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology vision work
