Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology foresight frameworks for quantum-AI convergence and biotech-digital interfaces
- Lead cross-functional task forces on ethical AI governance and metaverse architecture standards
- Produce annual 2026 Horizon Report for C-suite and board-level strategic decisions
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and World Economic Forum
- Design resilience protocols for quantum-secure infrastructure and climate-adaptive systems
- Present future scenarios to global policymakers at Davos and UN Technology Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Quantum Computing, or Futurology with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech societal impacts (post-2020)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Red Teaming)
- Track record of scaling tech ventures from prototype to $100M+ market impact
- Deep understanding of quantum encryption, neuromorphic chips, and synthetic biology
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
