Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or peer-reviewed research
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Experience with global technology policy and ethical governance frameworks
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
