- Collaborate with government agencies on post-quantum cryptography standards
- Drive innovation sprints for climate-positive tech solutions
- Present future-tech briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor emerging talent in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Engineering
- 5+ years experience in emerging tech R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms and neural networks
- Proven track record of patenting breakthrough innovations
- Experience with global tech policy development
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
