Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology innovation roadmap targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite to align technological strategy with business growth objectives
- Identify and secure emerging tech partnerships with Silicon Valley and global innovators
- Present future-vision briefings to investors and board stakeholders
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment
- Mentor a team of 5-8 specialist engineers and futurist researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products (2020-2023)
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, or sustainable tech domains
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy and ethical frameworks
