Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on futuristic technologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
