Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum-secure AI and neural interface systems
- Architect the company's 5-year technology roadmap with measurable innovation milestones
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present futuristic technology blueprints to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging tech methodologies and future-proofing strategies
- Secure and manage $10M+ annual innovation budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neural interfaces
- Published research or patents in future-forward technologies (2019-2023)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field with futurist certification
- Portfolio of implemented innovations with measurable market impact
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for translating complex concepts
