Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation product solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership pieces on future technology paradigms
- Mentor junior researchers in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, biotechnology, quantum systems, or neurotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
