Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech interfaces, neural networks) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs
- Author thought leadership publications on tech trends and future implications
- Oversee technology roadmapping for product development cycles 3-5 years ahead
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on tech transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
