Responsibilities
- Architect technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling investor narratives and product visions
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and autonomous systems
- Drive innovation sprints with 20+ engineers and designers
- Present quarterly futures briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching products with 2020+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, neurotech, or carbon capture
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercializations
