Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Analyze emerging technologies to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to accelerate innovation
- Manage a portfolio of pilot projects from conception to market readiness
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory frameworks affecting 2026 technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in emerging tech domains
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech integration
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive communication
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or industry journals
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML Specialty, Google Quantum AI) preferred
