- Coordinate with global academic institutions on next-gen AI ethics frameworks
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with quarterly ROI-driven pivots
- Present disruptive solutions to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Build and mentor a team of 12+ specialists in emerging tech verticals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field preferred
- Proven track record scaling technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic engineering
- Strong background in venture capital fundraising and startup incubation
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and emerging quantum programming languages
