- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in disruptive technology adoption
- Patent 3+ breakthrough innovations annually
- Establish industry partnerships with top research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to unicorn status
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Published research in IEEE/Nature or equivalent tier
- Experience with federal tech innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Certified in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong network with DARPA/IARPA contacts
