Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI and quantum computing prototypes
- Drive innovation roadmap for 2026 product launches in partnership with C-suite executives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, biocomputing, etc.) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with ethics board to ensure responsible AI deployment frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers through our Future Leaders Program
- Present findings to industry partners and venture capitalists at quarterly Tech Summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in launching AI/quantum products from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks and quantum algorithms
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier industry journals
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
- Strong network in Silicon Valley's tech ecosystem
