Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology adoption framework aligning with UN SDGs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum/AI research institutions
- Present quarterly tech foresight reports to C-suite and investors
- Curate annual 'FutureTech Summit' featuring industry disruptors
- Build ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures (Series C+)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, climate modeling
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience with federal grant applications (DARPA, NSF)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
