Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of 2026-ready system architectures using distributed ledger, edge computing, and neural network integration
- Drive R&D initiatives for climate-adaptive infrastructure and zero-trust security frameworks
- Partner with C-suite to align technical roadmaps with 5-year business transformation goals
- Champion ethical AI governance and human-centric design principles in all deliverables
- Develop patent-pending solutions for quantum-safe data transmission and predictive maintenance
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging tech stack including Rust, WebAssembly, and federated learning
- Present quarterly progress to stakeholders with 3D simulation visualizations of future systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with proven 5-year strategic planning experience
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and post-quantum algorithm implementation
- Deep understanding of ISO 26000 ESG frameworks and sustainable tech design principles
- Published research in ACM/IEEE journals on distributed systems or human-AI interaction
- Professional certifications in AWS/Azure quantum services and TOGAF 10
- Experience leading DevSecOps pipelines for mission-critical infrastructure
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ large-scale deployments of adaptive AI systems
