Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year strategic roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive market shifts and competitive threats
- Present strategic forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring long-term innovation impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global enterprises
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience working with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking)
