Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, ensuring our product portfolio is future-proofed for the 2026 market landscape.
- Architect Future Systems: Design scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen computational demands.
- Predictive Technology Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into upcoming tech trends (AI, Blockchain, IoT) and evaluate their viability for integration.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable development milestones.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders, driving buy-in for long-term innovation projects.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and mentor a world-class team of engineers and strategists focused on long-term impact.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in a senior technical leadership role, with a proven track record of managing large-scale innovation projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and software development lifecycle.
- Foresight: Exceptional ability to identify emerging market trends and translate them into strategic business opportunities.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated experience solving complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
