Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 strategic workforce transformation roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead development of AI-powered talent acquisition and retention systems

- Drive implementation of predictive analytics for future skill mapping and workforce planning
- Oversee creation of ethical AI frameworks for automated decision-making in HR
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic HR innovation or workforce transformation leadership

- Certifications in AI ethics, data science, or organizational psychology preferred
