- Create quantum-secure communication protocols for financial and healthcare sectors
- Optimize quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware constraints
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Secure patents for quantum computing innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum software architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and quantum simulation frameworks
- Certification in quantum cryptography (e.g., CQC-2026)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Proficiency in low-latency quantum network protocols
