- Design and prototype scalable solutions for future-proofing business operations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Create compelling foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Mentor talent in future-thinking methodologies and innovation processes
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, space tech)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 successful innovation launches
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
