- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) and translate them into actionable business plans
- Secure strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and global enterprises
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Manage a $15M R&D budget with ROI-focused allocation across 12+ initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or product development with demonstrable 2025+ vision
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching at least three industry-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across C-suite, investors, and technical teams
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience with agile development in regulated environments (FDA, SEC, etc.)
