Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or product development with 5+ in leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting and ROI analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) preferred
- Portfolio of successfully implemented innovation initiatives
