Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists through full lifecycle product development
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through data-driven ROI projections and stakeholder presentations
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies to co-develop proprietary technologies
- Mentor innovation teams on emerging tech ethics and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Present quarterly breakthrough innovations to the board and venture capital investors
- Drive patent strategy with legal counsel to protect 20+ emerging technologies annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 3+ years in future-tech verticals
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum solutions from prototype to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in agile methodologies for complex R&D environments
- Strong portfolio of patented technologies or commercialized innovations
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech trends: AGI governance, quantum-resistant security, and sustainable computing
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical, financial, and executive domains
