Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to accelerate R&D cycles for next-gen technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent strategy and IP portfolio development for 2026 technology stack
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record launching technologies with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
- Advanced degree in STEM field or equivalent experience
- Experience with federal/state innovation grant programs
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
