Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 strategic innovation framework integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate resilience technologies
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype breakthrough solutions addressing 2030 global challenges
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups aligned with 2026 market inflection points
- Design and implement horizon scanning systems to detect emerging technologies with 5-10 year transformational potential
- Champion human-centered design principles while developing ethical frameworks for next-gen AI deployments
- Present strategic foresight reports to the board of directors and C-suite leadership quarterly
- Mentor innovation fellows in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight tools
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years in corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Deep understanding of global megatrends: climate adaptation, demographic shifts, and economic transformation
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience presenting complex future scenarios to executive audiences and driving organizational change
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
