Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation portfolio spanning quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of PhD researchers and industry disruptors to accelerate R&D cycles
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and Fortune 500 innovators
- Develop patent roadblocks and IP strategies for emerging technologies
- Present breakthroughs to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Mentor the next generation of innovators through our FutureForge Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Futuristics with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching technologies generating $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, CRISPR applications, or blockchain consensus protocols
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
- Certified in AI ethics frameworks (IEEE 7000) and sustainable tech standards
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized technologies with social impact metrics
