Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Infrastructure: Design scalable, high-performance systems capable of supporting next-gen AI workloads and quantum data processing by 2026.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 product roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., decentralized networks, advanced AI) and integrating them into our core architecture.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, product management, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical blueprints.
- System Optimization: Implement advanced algorithms and network protocols to ensure zero-latency, secure, and resilient system operations.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent extensive practical experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT).
- Visionary Thinking: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Tools: Proficiency in architectural tools such as Microservices, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
