- Produce high-impact research reports on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability ecosystem
- Integrate future intelligence into corporate strategy, product roadmaps, and investment decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes (portfolio examples required)
- Expertise in AI ethics, climate resilience, and human-machine collaboration frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
- Deep understanding of Web3, neurotech, and circular economy paradigms
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals or industry whitepapers
