Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive briefings on emerging industry paradigms
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation hubs
- Design and maintain early-warning systems for technological, regulatory, and societal disruptions
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to cultivate future-oriented capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends or future-focused topics
